Walk in, sit down, get heard.
Face-to-face care at our Colorado Springs, Englewood, and Pueblo clinics.
An honest look at the service.
Sometimes the best work happens in the same room. Our three Colorado clinics are designed to feel less like a doctor's office and more like a place you'd want to come back to.
In-person visits are available for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, and MAT injections. Front-office care coordinators handle check-in and forms, and we keep wait times short.
First in-person visits include routine vital signs and a urine drug screen as part of intake and safety monitoring.
Who it's for
- First-time clients who'd prefer to meet face-to-face
- Children and adolescents (especially younger kids)
- MAT injections (Sublocade, Brixadi, Vivitrol)
- Anyone whose schedule lets them visit one of our offices
No guesswork — here's how it actually goes.

Your clinician completes the evaluation or follow-up, reviews symptoms, discusses medications or therapy, and updates the plan as needed.
- 05
Continue care
Follow-up visits are scheduled at appropriate intervals — telehealth-only or a mix of telehealth and in-person.
Questions we hear often.
Where are your clinics?
Colorado Springs (1923 W Colorado Ave), Englewood (450 W Jefferson Ave), and Pueblo (1305 Fortino Blvd, Suite A).
Why a urine drug screen on the first visit?
It's routine intake and safety monitoring — particularly important for anyone we're considering for medications that interact with substances.
What should I bring?
Your insurance card, photo ID, and a list of current medications. Paperwork is sent ahead so you don't have to fill anything out in the lobby.
Is there walk-in availability?
Yes — at our Englewood clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am – 4 pm. Other days, we may see walk-ins if a provider has availability.
