May 4, 2026 · Madison Kalush
New providers, new hours, and a long-awaited update on the Pueblo office. Here's what's changed at Elevate this spring.
At Elevate Mental Wellness, we are committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care in Colorado Springs, Englewood, and Pueblo. This May, we're excited to share major updates, including a new office opening, expanded provider availability, and important program updates.
If you're looking for psychiatric care, therapy, or medication management in Southern Colorado, our growing team is here to support you.
New Pueblo Office Opening — Expanding Mental Health Services
We are proud to announce the Grand Opening of our new Pueblo office on May 19, 2026. This expanded location allows us to better serve individuals and families seeking mental health services in Pueblo, Colorado, including:
- Psychiatric medication management
- Individual therapy
- Case management services
- Telehealth options
With a dedicated full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and increased therapist availability, patients can now access comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health care in one convenient location.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or ongoing psychiatric care, our Pueblo team is ready to help.
Expanded Access to Psychiatric Providers and Therapy
We're continuing to grow our team to reduce wait times and improve access to care across Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and statewide via telehealth.
New psychiatric provider now accepting patients
As of May 4, 2026, we welcome China Garner, PMHNP-BC, who is now seeing patients full-time for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing mental health care.
Appointments are available in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and via telehealth statewide across Colorado.
Increased therapy availability
Starting May 15, 2026, our therapist Chiara Johnson, MSW, has transitioned to full-time, expanding therapy availability for individual counseling, ongoing mental-health support, and teletherapy.
This means more appointment options and faster access for individuals seeking therapy in Colorado Springs and Pueblo.
Spravato (Esketamine) Program Update
Our Spravato treatment program is currently unavailable while we work to enhance and restructure the program.
We understand that Spravato (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression is an important option for many patients. During this time we can provide referrals and alternative treatment options, our team can help guide you to appropriate care, and updates will be shared as soon as the program reopens.
If you have questions about Spravato or alternative depression treatments in Colorado, our team is here to help.
Your Partner in Mental Health Care in Colorado
At Elevate Mental Wellness, we believe in accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care. As we continue to grow, our goal remains the same: helping individuals across Colorado achieve stability, healing, and improved quality of life.
